Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026-06-30

These Terms govern the sale and use of the EU Withdrawal software product, offered through https://euwithdraw.shelby-software.ro by Shelby Software S.R.L. (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the product you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Shelby Software S.R.L., registered in Romania, registration no. J2023001353407, tax ID RO47513045, registered office Sector 3, București, 030352. Email: euwithdraw@shelby-software.ro.

2. The product

EU Withdrawal is a software module for the PrestaShop e-commerce platform. It adds a visible right-of-withdrawal button and a withdrawal-request workflow to your online store.

The product is a tool that helps you offer a withdrawal function. It is not legal advice and does not by itself guarantee that your store complies with any law. You remain responsible for determining your own legal obligations.

3. Licence

On payment you receive one licence key valid for a single shop domain. The key binds to the first domain on which it is used; afterwards it activates only on that domain.

The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the module’s source code. Contact us if you need to move the licence to a different domain.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown before purchase and are charged in the currency you select at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Where VAT or other taxes apply, they are handled according to applicable law and your provided invoicing details (company name, VAT ID).

5. Delivery

The product is digital. Your licence key is delivered automatically by email immediately after successful payment and is also shown on the order confirmation page.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Because this is digital content supplied immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the licence key has been issued and delivered, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies, in line with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Romanian OUG 34/2014.

If the product is defective or not as described, you remain entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law. Contact euwithdraw@shelby-software.ro.

7. Updates and support

Your licence includes updates within the current major version and email support from the developer. We aim to respond within a reasonable time on business days.

8. Warranty and liability

The product is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the product is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for any regulatory outcome of how you configure or use the module on your store.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. See our ANPC · SAL / SOL page for out-of-court dispute resolution options.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
