National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC)
If you have a complaint we could not resolve directly, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). Website: https://anpc.ro.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL)
You may turn to the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure run by ANPC for disputes between consumers and traders. Details: https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/.
Online Dispute Resolution (SOL / ODR)
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operations on 20 July 2025. For online purchase disputes, please contact us directly first, and then use the ANPC / SAL routes above.
