This Policy explains how Shelby Software S.R.L. processes personal data when you visit https://euwithdraw.shelby-software.ro or purchase EU Withdrawal, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1. Controller

2. What we collect and why

  • Purchase data — name, email, shop domain, and optional company name, VAT ID and address — to create your order, issue and bind your licence, send your key, and issue invoices. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (accounting).
  • Payment data — handled directly by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation, not your full card number.
  • Support data — the contents of emails you send us, used only to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Technical data — minimal server logs and, only with your consent, analytics. Legal basis: consent / legitimate interest.

3. Processors we use

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), our email/SMTP provider (delivering your key and notifications), and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our instructions under appropriate agreements.

4. The withdrawal module and your customers

When you install the module on your own store, withdrawal requests from your customers are processed inside your PrestaShop — we do not receive that data. The only data sent to us is your licence key and domain, for licence validation. For your customers’ data, you are the controller.

5. Retention

We keep order and invoicing data for the period required by Romanian accounting and tax law. Support correspondence is kept as long as needed to assist you. Logs are kept for a short period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) or your local authority.

7. Cookies

The site works without non-essential cookies. Any analytics or non-essential cookies are loaded only with your consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time.
